My passion for architecture lies not in the shell of the building but the spaces within which shape how people live, gather, and experience them—the subtle lines and themes that guide you room to room and the play of heritage and modernity. Whether the project is residential, retail, or hospitality, the focus is always on the human scale, which I approach as an opportunity to create atmosphere, connection, and meaning.
My greatest influence—one might say my architectural North Star—is the legendary Eileen Gray. Not only because she gained respect and stature at a time when there were few female architectural designers, but also because she focused on the intimate rather than the grand and the emotional instead of solely on the structure. I bring that intimacy and feeling to my projects through a considered composition of materials and textures, weaving architectural context and inherited character with contemporary interventions to create environments that feel warm and enduring—from the refinement of spatial transitions to the design of custom millwork that anchors each project with intention and craft.
Whether it’s a NYC downtown loft or 100-year-old fixer upper in a New Jersey suburb, a Main Street storefront or a top-to-bottom hotel project, the result is work that is both thoughtfully composed and naturally lived in, designed to evolve and endure over time.
